Check text expansion
Translated wording can occupy more space than the source. Look for clipped lines, text overlapping images, new page breaks, and headings separated from the paragraphs they introduce.
Inspect direction and tables
For Arabic-English conversion, check the ordering of mixed-language lines, punctuation, and numbered lists. Compare each table label with its value and confirm that totals, units, and decimal separators have not changed.
Choose the output you need
A styled PDF can help preserve visual context, while a plain-text result is easier to edit. Open DOCX in the word processor where it will be finalized. If scanned image text was included, review OCR errors as well as translation errors.
