Information We Process

For translation, OCR, background removal, PDF conversion, and similar tools, file contents may be read by our processing code or by configured service providers needed to complete the requested task.

Files And Temporary Storage

Files are uploaded only when a tool requires server-side processing. Generated downloads are stored temporarily so your browser can retrieve them. We recommend not uploading passwords, government IDs, confidential business records, medical files, or highly sensitive personal data unless you are comfortable using an online processing tool.

We may delete temporary files automatically, during maintenance, or when storage needs to be cleared. Free E Tools is not intended to be permanent file storage or backup.
