Choose the content to report
Identify the sheets and table ranges the reader needs. In your spreadsheet application, review the intended print layout before conversion, especially for a table wider than a normal page.
Inspect page boundaries
Open the converted PDF and follow a row across the page. Check whether the rightmost columns are clipped or moved to another page, and whether headings remain close enough to their data to be understood.
Verify values and static behavior
Compare totals, units, decimal separators, and date formats with the workbook. A PDF reader cannot recalculate formulas or use worksheet filters, so ensure the displayed values and selected view are the ones the recipient needs.
