Start with readable Arabic

Keep the scan sharp enough to distinguish letter dots and hamzas. Select Arabic recognition for an Arabic document and inspect a mixed Arabic-English line before running a long file.

Separate character errors from display order

Compare copied text with the source in an editor that supports right-to-left text. A line containing dates, phone numbers, or Latin product names can appear in an unexpected order even when most letters were recognized.

Verify meaning before reuse

Read names and totals directly from the image and correct them in the extracted text. Do not infer an unclear character only from what a sentence seems likely to say. Handwriting, decorative fonts, and tightly packed tables require additional manual review.
